Week 1 - 6.45am to 2.30pm
Week 2 - 1.30pm to 9.30pm

About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation, Jewish Care, is looking to recruit a Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living Service. This pivotal position helps ensure our residents live a meaningful life and feel involved within their community. The role involves the delivery of Care Services within our Retirement Living Service to excellent standards.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will assist residents with personal care, prepare meals, and perform domestic tasks. You will implement and monitor care & support plans to meet the individual needs of a diverse group of tenants and contribute to building community spirit by participating in, encouraging, enabling, and facilitating social events that meet the needs of diverse tenants.
Experience
Previous experience within a care or health setting is desirable.
About you
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. You must be able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
