The vacancy Your typical day could start with using your natural ability to network and build effective relationships within the Finance team and with your key colleagues across the business. Then you might be tasked to work on analysing disrepair costs, before using your Excel ability to work on large data and journals. As a Finance Analyst you'll be analysing a variety of data sources to produce reallocation journals for Property Services costs with a particular focus on ensuring each journal is accurate, complete and compliant with standard accounting practices and internal regulations. You need to be able to build effective relationships and like to get things done. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you're first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. You'll need to be in the office 1-2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role covers all aspects of a Finance Analyst - everything from accounting, reallocation of entries to helping to improve processes. If you're creative in problem solving and thrive on providing great customer service, we want to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you're: knowledgeable in account systems such as SUN and Q&A. experienced working with large data sets. experienced with a track record of delivering excellent customer service. part qualified in finance. experienced using Excel We have 2 roles available based at our Westminster Bridge Road office with the occasional visit to other offices. Please note this is a 1 year fixed term contract to cover a project.
