Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner on a permanent at our Westminster Bridge Road. A bit about the role: As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide first class strategic business partnering to the directorate. Deliver first class management reporting, business planning, strategic decision support and partnering services to the Care & Support Directorate. They will also play a critical role in post-merger integration and transformation. Working on the day-to-day business within central finance, as well as special projects, you will assume responsibility from day one and can focus on individual areas depending on our needs. To ensure that accurate and timely financial information is provided to key stakeholders. Effective and appropriate challenge of the business area to minimise financial risk, implement controls and drive value for money. Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to be presented to the Executive Team. Providing monthly performance information to support the directorate’s decision making. Act as a financial lead on large scale, high risk and transformational projects and initiatives within the directorate. Where appropriate drive projects forward to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Be an embedded, valued member of the directorate management team, providing insight and analysis to support the strategic decision making of the business. Provide strategic financial oversight that enables the directorate to achieve its objectives. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
