Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for Finance Projects and Systems Administrator on a permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road offices. A bit about the role: As a Finance Projects and Systems Administrator, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting Peabody Finance in developing a forward thinking, modernised finance function that deliver effective financial control, through the creation and promotion of a robust control environment, and efficiency, by transforming our financial systems, automation and streamlining processes, to maximise the financial capacity of the Group. Some of the key results for the role include: Support the planning and delivering of projects and transformation plans that optimise the finance processes, systems, reporting and policies of Peabody. Lead the coordination of large high profile annual programmes of work for the Finance Department coordinating both external and internal departments to deliver results. Work with team to prioritise the portfolio of transformation projects that optimises impact of project and ensures Finance increase its value for money within Peabody. Draw on finance experience to proactively solve problems, highlight risks, issues, and dependencies to be addressed. Track the portfolio of project deliverables and milestones in a simple and transparent manner. Coordinate regular reviews of systems and their controls to ensure compliance. Carry out any other duties as required. This role will require a minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster bridge Road office.
