About the Role
Join the Financial Assessment and Inclusion team within Adult Social Care, based at Guildhall 2, Kingston Council. This exciting role involves managing the financial assessment process for clients receiving Adult Social Care services. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Adult Social Care and other internal and external stakeholders to provide financial assessment and benefit maximisation services, as well as administer and monitor payments to care providers. The team operates a hybrid working model, supporting flexible working arrangements to balance professional and personal life.

Experience
Proven experience working within a finance and customer service team in the adult social care sector. Strong welfare benefit knowledge is essential. Experience of working collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders is desirable.

Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and charging principles for social care services is desirable. Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in finance, social care, or related fields will be advantageous but are not explicitly required. A commitment to continuous professional development and learning is expected.
