Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Fire Safety Administrator on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office. A bit about the role: As a Fire Safety Administrator, you will provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers’ needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved. Some of the key results for the role include: Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to support our customers. Advising and supporting our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified. Receiving and processing fire risk assessments including checking for any spelling or grammatical errors, updating Keystone with visit information and upload Fire Risk Assessments to management system. Monitoring the team inbox and responding to enquiries. Co-ordinating the response to fire related inspections, hoarding referrals and incidents, including compiling relevant compliance certification and arranging inspections. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
