About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be a vital support to the management team, overseeing the all-day dining restaurant concept at Bugis Singapore Restaurant and Bar, serving authentic Singaporean, Malaysian, and Chinese cuisine. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and managing the overall food and beverage operations and departments. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will ensure food quality and consistency while evaluating guest needs and competitive trends to recommend operational improvements. You will lead by example with a hands-on approach, maintaining visibility during outlet operating hours and engaging with guests. This role requires strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and clear communication of thoughts, actions, and opportunities. Multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting experience is essential, along with a clear understanding of financial expectations for a successful restaurant and bar business. Candidates with previous experience in Asian restaurants are desirable. You will become an integral part of the senior management team, positively impacting guests and colleagues alike.

Experience
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and communicate clearly. Experience working closely with culinary teams on menu development and food quality assurance. Multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting experience. Previous experience in Asian restaurants is desirable. Solid background in hotel food and beverage operations.

Qualifications
