About the Role
The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising the F&B areas to ensure company standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met and exceeded. You will oversee daily operations across all outlets and meeting & events, ensuring customer needs are fulfilled to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include maintaining punctuality and uniform standards among team members, allocating duties and tasks, verifying requisitions in line with hotel policies, training staff to meet service and health & safety standards, and motivating the team to maintain high engagement and performance.
