You will be responsible for the overall people management of your team, including HR processes, work allocation, providing professional support, advice and training to officers, and ensuring service decisions comply with relevant legislation, policies and guidance.

You will lead the ongoing development and maintenance of the service’s case management systems to ensure all team work is effectively, legally and accurately logged, stored and reported.

The role is based in an empowered, team-focused service where flexibility is expected to meet evolving service demands. You will work collaboratively to foster a culture of shared knowledge, experience and responsibility for complex decision-making, including deputising for team leaders and managers as appropriate.
