About the Role
The Campaign Delivery Officer will support the design, delivery and evaluation of targeted campaigns aimed at providing proactive support to those who need it most. Working collaboratively across council teams including homelessness, public health, education and data analytics, you will identify the needs of specific resident groups and deliver interventions offering financial support and specialist advice in a proactive, targeted manner.
Many campaigns are data-driven and some are delivered in partnership with voluntary and community sector organisations. The overall objective is to ensure that residents facing challenges receive early and effective support, helping to prevent crisis and improve financial resilience.

Experience
Proven experience delivering resident-focused projects or services, with a strong understanding of financial inclusion, welfare benefits and debt support.
About You
You will be a confident communicator able to build effective relationships with residents, community partners and colleagues across multiple services. You are organised, collaborative and passionate about improving outcomes for residents. Experience working with data and digital systems, managing competing priorities, and using insight and evaluation to improve campaign impact is essential.
Qualifications
