About the Role
Aramark UK is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our brand-new satellite site on Oxford Street, part of our prestigious contract with Warner Bros Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter. You will be responsible for maximising gross profit, retaining top talent, and elevating customer service standards to create an exceptional experience while effectively inspiring and managing your team.

Key responsibilities include overall ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance, ensuring waste management processes and weekly production reviews are completed, championing excellent customer service, maintaining recommended retail prices and tariffs in line with company and client policies, implementing new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications adhering to Aramark guidelines and brand standards. You will also develop strong commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure service and quality levels meet financial targets, ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety requirements, prepare and manage accurate P&L projections, lead team performance to meet KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans and value propositions.

Experience
Operational experience at management level within the catering and hospitality industry. Proven track record in P&L management and accountability with excellent financial and commercial acumen. Experience driving projects at pace with exceptional attention to detail.
