Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain high-performance, yet nimble and adaptive trading strategies for internal and external clients. Monitor trading performance for strategies daily and build algorithm customization based on clients’ needs. Utilize deep understanding of market structure, regulations, and exchange service offerings and implement ongoing changes. Communicate with traders, sales, clients, and compliance officers about new feature requests and explanations of existing features.

Experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience with building back testing for trading strategies is preferred. Experience with low latency trading strategy development and supporting clients directly is advantageous.

About you
You have strong technical background and problem-solving skills, a drive to investigate and learn new ideas, and the judgement to deliver quick yet robust solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science or Financial Technology. Proficiency in either Java or C++.
