As an Analyst within the UK Real Money FX Sales team, you will support the coverage of some of the UK's most prominent institutional clients, including asset managers, pension funds, and insurance companies, helping to deliver best-in-class FX execution and advisory services. You will work closely with senior sales professionals, traders, and research analysts to generate ideas, respond to client needs, and contribute to the growth of our UK real money franchise. Your role will give you direct exposure to live markets, client interactions, and the full suite of J.P. Morgan's FX products and capabilities, providing an outstanding foundation for a long-term career in institutional sales.
Key responsibilities include supporting senior sales professionals in day-to-day client coverage, assisting in FX transaction execution and processing, monitoring market developments and preparing market colour and trade ideas, collaborating with trading, research, and structuring teams to deliver tailored solutions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to client presentations and pitches, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with internal partners to ensure smooth execution, and actively participating in team meetings and training programmes to accelerate your development.
Experience
Demonstrated interest in financial markets, particularly foreign exchange, macro, or institutional sales. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in engaging with clients and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. This role involves UK regulated activity; therefore, the successful candidate must meet UK regulatory requirements regarding fitness, propriety, knowledge, and competence, and where appropriate, obtain approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority.
