About the Role
The BeNeLux Institutional Sales Team is responsible for new business development and managing existing institutional client relationships. We are seeking to hire a Client Solutions Group Analyst/Associate based in London to support our BeNeLux team. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with senior sales on commercial activities covering the full spectrum of products and client segments, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales processes dedicated to the BENELUX client base. This sales support role is fast-paced and challenging, ideal for self-motivated and driven sales professionals.

Key responsibilities include assisting the external sales team with preparation and follow-up on client and prospect meetings, responding to client queries on products and services, partnering with internal functions and product teams to serve client needs, and supporting the Country Head with presentations focused on market intelligence, business development, financial analysis, and planning. The role requires a strong team working attitude and proactivity in learning and promoting new ideas within the team. You will also collaborate with product specialists across a wide range of Goldman Sachs Asset Management products, from traditional Public Markets to Private Assets, and coordinate with support functions such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to execute business strategy and serve clients effectively.

Experience
Some work experience in a global asset management or strategic consulting firm with exposure to the asset management industry is preferable but not essential.

About you
Native Dutch speaker with written and oral fluency is essential; French language skills are an advantage. You should be a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player mindset. Strong organisational and project management skills with great attention to detail are required. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential. A good understanding of investment funds and financial markets is expected.

Qualifications
University degree or equivalent. Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
