Serving pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors, and individuals, the division is a leading global investor in alternatives including private equity, growth equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, and sustainability.

The Platform Management team within the Alternatives Portfolio Management Group focuses on optimizing investor performance and experience by driving day-to-day portfolio decision-making. This team partners with investment teams, capital markets, engineering, and investor relations to deliver superior outcomes for AWM’s clients.

The role encompasses two key areas:
- Fund Management: managing liquidity strategies, capital activity, deal allocations, performance attribution, and fund structure creation.
- Deal & Structuring Management: overseeing complex fund structures, cash movements, deal execution, foreign currency management, and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities include daily liquidity management, forecasting, attribution analysis, monitoring investment guidelines, facilitating portfolio allocations and deal execution, coordinating capital calls and distributions, supporting compliance and regulatory inquiries, preparing management presentations, and advancing technology initiatives related to these functions.

This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external advisors to resolve legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operational matters, ensuring smooth fund and investment rebalancing and supporting senior management with data management, reporting, and presentations.

Experience
1-4 years of experience in a financial services setting with a strong analytical orientation.
