The Platform Management team within the Alternatives Portfolio Management Group focuses on optimizing investor performance and experience by driving day-to-day portfolio decision-making. This team collaborates closely with investment teams, capital markets, engineering, and investor relations to deliver superior outcomes for clients.

The Platform Management function includes two key roles:
- Fund Management: responsible for liquidity strategies, capital activity management, deal allocation analysis, and performance attribution.
- Deal & Structuring Management: responsible for managing complex fund structures, cash movements, deal execution, foreign currency management, and pipeline oversight.

Key responsibilities include daily liquidity management, forecasting, collaboration on capital activities, performance analysis, monitoring investment guidelines, fundraising advisory, portfolio allocations, deal execution, legal and compliance coordination, fund rebalancing, investor reporting, and supporting technology initiatives. You will also assist with compliance inquiries and prepare management presentations and analyses to support senior management.

Experience
1-4 years of experience in a financial services environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare cash flows and performance metrics impacting investor returns and product performance.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-driven setting.
