About the Role
The role of a Cost Manager is to manage the cost and legal processes of construction projects, ensuring delivery within the client's approved budget. This programme enables you to relate theoretical studies to practical work experience, developing the technical, commercial, and leadership skills required to become a successful Surveyor.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support your line manager and colleagues in delivering project work. You will be expected to take ownership of tasks, work with autonomy, and seek guidance when necessary to achieve the best outcomes for clients and projects. You will build a solid knowledge base of your role, the firm, and the industry, understanding how they interconnect.
