Ferrovial Construction UK&I is the UK-based engineering and construction arm of the Ferrovial Group, the largest private transport infrastructure operator globally by capital invested. With over 60 years’ experience and presence in 15 countries, we design and construct some of the UK and Ireland’s most high-profile transport infrastructure projects. We deliver complex major projects in-house, drawing on international expertise and full asset lifecycle capability.
The 2-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to develop your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Section/Project Managers and collaborate with site teams, gaining exposure to a diverse range of engineering disciplines and working with contractors and subcontractors to develop effective partnerships.
Key responsibilities include managing assigned projects or packages from start to finish, contributing to health and safety compliance, ensuring quality standards, assisting project managers with team management, and promoting Ferrovial’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, Collaboration, Integrity, and Respect. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and adhere to safe working practices.

Experience
Graduates with a degree or master’s in engineering (all disciplines considered). Experience is not mandatory but a proactive and motivated approach to learning is essential.

Qualifications
Degree or master’s in engineering (all disciplines considered).
CSCS Card (desirable).

Essential: Must have the right to work in the UK at the start of employment and throughout the graduate programme.
