Ferrovial Construction UK&I is the UK-based engineering and construction arm of the Ferrovial Group, the largest private transport infrastructure operator globally by capital invested. With over 60 years’ experience and presence in 15 countries, we design and construct some of the UK and Ireland’s most high-profile transport infrastructure projects. We deliver complex major projects in-house, drawing on international expertise and full asset lifecycle capability.

The Graduate Civil Engineer role is part of a 2-year development programme designed to build your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Section/Project Managers and collaborate with site teams on major UK infrastructure projects. You may be assigned a project or a small package to manage from start to finish, contributing to health and safety, quality assurance, and project delivery on time and budget.

Requirements

Experience
Graduates with a degree or master’s in engineering (all disciplines considered). Previous engineering experience and CSCS card are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
