About the Role
Join Ferrovial: Where Innovation Meets Opportunity. Are you ready to elevate your career with a global leader in infrastructure solving complex problems and generating a positive outcome on people’s lives? At Ferrovial, we are not just a company; we are a community of innovators and trailblazers. Listed on Nasdaq, Euronext Amsterdam, and IBEX 35, and members of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and FTSE4Good, we operate in more than 15 countries with over 24,000 professionals worldwide across Highways, Airports, Construction, and Energy.

Ferrovial Construction UK&I is the UK-based engineering and construction arm of the Ferrovial Group, the largest private transport infrastructure operator globally by capital invested. With over 60 years’ experience and presence in 15 countries, we design and construct some of the UK and Ireland’s most high-profile transport infrastructure projects. We deliver complex major projects in-house, drawing on international expertise and full asset lifecycle capability.

We are committed to sustainable and innovative solutions that create value for society, clients, investors, and employees. Our core values are Excellence, Innovation, Collaboration, Integrity, and Respect. Working on large complex projects, you will be encouraged to achieve your maximum potential with support and guidance. Effective communication and teamwork are critical to our success.

The Ferrovial 2-year graduate development programme is designed to develop your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. As a BIM Graduate within the Quality and Design Department, you will utilise digital systems, Common Data Environments (CDE), and industry-standard software such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery. You will modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling practices, understand BIM documentation including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs). You will prepare reports summarising project activities, gain knowledge of contract forms such as NEC and JCT, support review and verification of project deliverables, and manage project documentation.

Ferrovial prioritises employee mobility through a Global Mobility Portal, encouraging graduates to gain international experience and exposure to different cultures and business methodologies.
