About the Role

As the High-Speed Depot Integration Manager, you will play a key role in the HS2 Track infrastructure project during its initial design phase. You will manage and coordinate all design interfaces related to the Calvert Infrastructure Maintenance Depot (IMD), working closely with multiple stakeholders including Track design teams, Rail Systems, Network Rail, and Main Works Civils contracts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing integration of Calvert IMD assets with various contract packages, managing interface control documents, supporting risk identification and mitigation, and ensuring all design activities meet safety, quality, and contractual standards.

This hands-on role requires coordination of inter-system and intra-system interfaces, focusing on constructability, maintainability, and technical compliance. You will attend and organize workshops, contribute to design reviews, and maintain clear communication through technical reports and meeting minutes. The role supports the broader Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture (FBJV) efforts in delivering critical UK infrastructure projects such as Crossrail, Silvertown Tunnel, and HS2.

Experience
- Proven experience in Interface Management or Systems Integration, preferably within rail or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of structures, utilities, civils, or infrastructure, with an understanding of track and signalling preferred.
- Familiarity with interface management tools and processes such as Interface Control Documents (ICDs), risk registers, change management, and requirements traceability.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing design coordination workflows.
- Understanding of British/Eurocode design standards and preferably HS2 processes and standards.
- Commercial awareness of contracts, procurement routes, and risk management.
- Strong appreciation of 3D design, BIM, and digital engineering for identifying clashes and integration risks.

About you
- Degree-qualified in a Construction-related or equivalent Systems-related field; Chartered or approaching Chartered status preferred.

Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Chartered status or working towards it is preferred.
