About the Role

As High-Speed Depot Integration Manager, you will join the HS2 Track infrastructure project during its initial design phase, focusing on the Calvert Infrastructure Maintenance Depot (IMD). You will manage and coordinate all design interfaces related to the Calvert IMD, including earthworks, utilities, communications, rail systems, and permanent way. This hands-on role involves overseeing integration between multiple contract packages and third parties, ensuring technical compatibility, buildability, maintainability, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Your responsibilities will include organising and attending workshops, managing Interface Control Documents, supporting risk identification and mitigation, and maintaining clear communication and documentation. You will work closely with the Integration and Interface leads within the Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture Rail Systems delivery team to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines.

Experience
- Proven experience in Interface Management or Systems Integration, preferably within rail or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of structures, utilities, civils, track, and signalling is desirable.
- Familiarity with interface management tools and processes, including Interface Control Documents, risk registers, change management, and requirements traceability.
- Experience interpreting technical reports, drawings, and design documentation.
- Understanding of British/Eurocode design standards and preferably HS2 processes.
- Commercial awareness of contracts, procurement routes, and risk management.
- Strong appreciation for 3D design, BIM, and digital engineering with the ability to identify clashes and integration risks.

- Degree-qualified in a construction-related or systems-related field; Chartered or approaching Chartered status preferred.

Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
