As a Senior Bid Writer at FERROVIAL CONSTRUCTION (UK) LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and winning proposals for complex infrastructure projects. You will lead bid writing services for forthcoming PQQs and Tenders, ensuring high-quality, optimised responses that meet client requirements and scoring criteria. You will collaborate closely with bid directors, business development directors, bid managers, technical leads, and field specialists to develop key messages, themes, and innovative concepts. This role also involves coordinating technical aspects of the bid process, maintaining proposal databases, supporting business development marketing collateral, and contributing client and competitor intelligence to support project pursuits.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Senior Bid Writer.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully securing major contracts through high-quality bid submissions.
- Understanding of public procurement processes and frameworks (e.g., PQQ, ITT, RFQ) within the UK construction market.

- Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
