About the Role

The 2-year Graduate Digital Construction & Data Management programme is designed to develop your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended learning approach within the Quality and Design Department based in London.

Ferrovial operates across 15 countries with over 24,000 professionals and is listed on Nasdaq, Euronext Amsterdam, and IBEX 35. The company is committed to sustainable and innovative solutions, creating value for society, clients, investors, and employees. You will work alongside talented professionals in a collaborative and inclusive environment that values excellence, innovation, collaboration, integrity, and respect.

Key responsibilities include utilising digital systems and Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery, modifying 2D models and developing 3D modelling skills, understanding BIM documentation including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs). You will prepare clear reports summarising project activities, gain knowledge of contract forms like NEC and JCT, support quality assurance processes, and manage project documentation.

The programme offers exposure to diverse engineering disciplines, blended training to develop your skills, global mobility opportunities, and participation in charity volunteering and innovation projects.
