Ferrovial Construction UK&I is the UK-based engineering and construction arm of the Ferrovial Group, the largest private transport infrastructure operator globally by capital invested. With over 60 years’ experience and presence in 15 countries, we design and construct some of the UK and Ireland’s most high-profile transport infrastructure projects. We deliver complex major projects in-house, drawing on international expertise and full asset lifecycle capability, providing cost-effective, value-added, and sustainable solutions.

The Graduate Electrical Engineer role is part of a 2-year development programme designed to build your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended learning approach. You will work under the supervision of Section and Project Managers and collaborate closely with site teams on major UK infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Health and Safety compliance and uphold quality standards on projects
- Focus on electrical systems including developing policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for M&E matters
- Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work with procurement to ensure financial compliance
- Support Project Managers in team management, resourcing, performance, and motivation
- Promote Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values
- Take ownership of assigned work and adhere to safe working practices on site

- No prior professional experience required; motivated graduates welcome

Qualifications
- Degree or Masters in Engineering (all disciplines considered)
- Essential: Right to work in the UK for the duration of the Graduate Programme
- Desirable: Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, engineering experience, CSCS card
