This fixed-term 12-month graduate opportunity offers practical experience and development within Burberry's EMEIA Merchandising team. You will provide analytical, reporting and operational support to ensure smooth execution of planning, allocation and inventory management activities.
Working closely with the team, you will gain exposure to commercial planning principles, stock allocation, inventory optimisation and business performance analysis. The role provides insight into how merchandising strategies support sales, margin and inventory performance across the region.
Key responsibilities include supporting pre-season and in-season activities, maintaining allocation tools and reports, assisting with allocation, replenishment and size profiling through reporting and analysis, monitoring sales and inventory performance, supporting product launches and seasonal allocation, and contributing to ad hoc projects to develop a broad understanding of the merchandising function.
Experience
Recent graduate with a solid interest in Fashion, Luxury and Merchandising.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and Excel.
Experience or familiarity with commercial or retail environments is advantageous but not essential.
