About the Role

As a Sourcing Assistant, you will support the execution of Burberry’s sourcing strategy and ensure the smooth coordination of seasonal product delivery across our supply chain. Working closely with internal teams and supplier partners, you will maintain data accuracy, monitor deliveries, and help products move efficiently from development through to production. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while supporting the craftsmanship, quality and innovation that define Burberry.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate sourcing and product data throughout the season, validating product, pricing and range information with suppliers, coordinating raw material and trim deliveries in line with production timelines, creating delivery planners, monitoring shipment progress, producing SAP delivery reports, and acting as a key day-to-day contact for supplier partners. You will also analyse and prepare routine and ad hoc reporting, identify potential delivery risks, and escalate issues proactively.

Experience
Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and numerical information. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, Flex or similar business systems is advantageous.
