About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams based in the Harlesden and Wembley area. You will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep to ensure the environments are safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating welcoming environments with a strong commitment to quality, community impact, and customer care.

As part of your role, you will operate gardening equipment, powered hand tools, and ride-on machinery, as well as drive company vehicles to transport plant, machinery, and equipment. You will also assist with basic flower bed maintenance, salt and grit spreading to keep pathways safe, and the maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.

Experience
Professional grounds maintenance or gardening experience is required.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is essential.
