Location
Southwest London region covering Sutton, Croydon, Battersea, Wandsworth, Merton, Guildford, Redhill, and surrounding areas. Primary working area allocated with potential to work across the wider Southwest region as required.

Hours
Full Time - 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Call outs on a rota basis.

Salary
£35,530 per annum (single trade)

About the Role
Join our Repairs Team as an experienced Groundworker within our in-house Maintenance Team. The role involves all aspects of groundwork including fencing, brickwork and pointing, concrete works, and slabbing. Knowledge of additional trades is welcomed. You will be expected to deliver high-quality workmanship with outstanding customer service and a right first-time attitude. The role requires working as part of a larger team and may involve travel across the Southwest London operational area.

You will be provided with a company vehicle for business use, PDA fuel card, uniform, PPE, and paid parking. Experience in drainage repair and renewal, flagging, fencing, concrete works, tarmac patching, and manhole repairs is essential. While experience in high-pressure water jetting of drains is not required, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The role requires knowledge of building and housing, preferably within the social housing environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with vulnerable people are important.

Experience
Proven experience in groundwork including fencing, brickwork, pointing, concrete works, slabbing, drainage repair and renewal, flagging, tarmac patching, and manhole repairs. Experience in high-pressure water jetting of drains is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
