About the Role
Join our Communities Team at L&Q and lead forward planning, profiling, and resourcing on regeneration, rehousing, and redevelopment projects across London and the northwest of England. You will take a key role in our redevelopment pipeline by leading resident insights and programming for a range of proposed redevelopment projects. This role involves visiting existing and emerging sites across our portfolio and using your hands-on regeneration experience to support estate regeneration ballots, consultation, co-design, and planning for resident engagement.

Reporting directly to the Head of Communities within the Property and Investment division, you will work closely with the Development and Regeneration team in New Homes. Your work will focus on our redevelopment pipeline aligned with our growth plan ambitions, including leading resident engagement plans and landlord offers. You will manage relationships with a wide range of teams across L&Q, development partners, contractors, consultants, residents, and local stakeholders.

You will work on multiple schemes identified within our growth pipeline as well as existing regeneration, rehousing, and remediation schemes across London and the Northwest of England. Additionally, you will own the Communities team programming functions, including business plan targets, team resourcing, site office planning, and general programme management.

Experience
Highly developed housing, regeneration, or community development experience gained in a fast-paced resident or development environment. Proven track record of working in a high volume, results-driven development programme. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, tenancies, and licences impacting rehousing, including Compulsory Purchase Orders and GLA estate regeneration ballots. Demonstrable stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience using project programme software, including developing complex programmes.
