North East London, covering areas including Waltham Forest, Redbridge and Havering. Mobile working with a company van provided. Jobs are distributed via PDA and you will start your day from your home address. Occasional office attendance at Stratford, London.

Hours
Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week. Core hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Opportunities to earn additional income through call outs and out of hours service.

Salary
£41,200 per annum

About the Role
Join L&Q’s Reactive Maintenance Team as a Multi Trader/UPVC operative specialising in internal and external window repairs, including single and double glazing, door repairs, lock refits and general carpentry tasks. You will be supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will be expected to deliver a right first-time service, ensuring minimal follow-ups and high resident satisfaction. The role requires excellent customer service skills and a strong health and safety focus. Reporting office is Stratford, London. Early applications are encouraged as the closing date is 24th September 2026 at 11pm and interviews will be held at the Stratford office.

Experience
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience in maintenance, site or housing environments.
- Previous experience in a similar role with a wide range of multi-trade skills.
- Experience working with UPVC and carpentry repairs.
