About the Role
Join our North West London Team at L&Q as a flexible Neighbourhood Housing Lead. This permanent role offers hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office. You will support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents. Your key focus will be improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they’re happy in. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in homes on your patch, which will align with local authority areas and cover approximately 500 – 600 homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player eager to make a positive impact.

Requirements

Experience
Proven track record of building relationships with people and effective communication with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.

About you
You are a problem solver with grit and determination, motivated by keeping promises to residents. You have a can-do attitude and are willing to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a complex workload while meeting deadlines are required. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base are essential. You must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car for work use.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will need to apply for or hold a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate to work within the team.
