About the Role
Join London and Quadrant Housing Trust’s new Supply Chain Centre of Excellence as a Senior Analysis and Efficiency Manager. This is a unique opportunity to build the supply chain analytics and efficiency capability from the ground up. You will shape data, reporting, dashboards, and ways of working that enable better commercial decisions and deliver measurable value across the organisation.

Working within a small, pioneering team, you will collaborate across Supply Chain, Procurement, and wider business functions to turn data into meaningful insight, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish lasting approaches that drive efficiency and value.

Your responsibilities will include leading the development of KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting, transforming spend, supplier, and operational data into actionable insight, tracking savings and process improvements, and strengthening data quality, compliance, governance, and assurance. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and operational teams to embed better ways of working and ensure insight translates into impactful action.

Experience
Substantial experience building supply chain or procurement analytics and reporting from the ground up, including KPIs, dashboards, and performance insight.
Proven track record of using data to identify efficiencies, improve processes, and deliver clear, commercially focused recommendations.
Strong technical skills in Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with experience of e-buying/procurement systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, confident in presenting insight and recommendations to colleagues and senior leaders.
