About the Role
The L&Q Early Talent Programme offers a unique opportunity to start a rewarding career with a values-led organisation committed to your development. Join our Finance Team as one of two high calibre graduates training to become Chartered Accountants. You will study for your ACA qualification, combining technical study with practical on-the-job experience to become an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.

During the programme, you will complete rotations across various finance teams to develop essential professional skills and gain broad experience. From day one, you will be engaged in a challenging role, accountable for your area of responsibility, while receiving ongoing support, feedback, and coaching from experienced managers and mentors.

This fixed term contract lasts 3.5 years and offers a structured development pathway within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Experience
No prior accounting experience is required. We seek candidates with resilience, drive, enthusiasm, and a passion to help people.

- Independent, driven, and dedicated with a strong desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Numerically and analytically minded; accounting knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Commercially minded and a strategic thinker
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Excel

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4 or above, including English and Maths
- Minimum of 300 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at first attempt (General Studies not accepted)
- 2:1 or first-class degree (or equivalent)
