About the Role
Join L&Q as a Maintenance Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our Healthy Homes team. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders, helping to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference to residents' homes and wellbeing. You will coordinate Awaab's Law damp and mould cases, manage contractor repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and effectively.
The role reports into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader and works alongside existing Coordinators to support the delivery of all tasks. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
The position offers hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office or working location.

Experience
Experience in repairs and maintenance is essential. Strong administrative skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.

You are flexible, a team player, and able to manage a busy workload using prioritisation and time management techniques. You have strong collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate outstanding organisational and planning abilities.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in repairs and maintenance coordination are desirable. A proactive approach and the ability to use initiative to multitask and meet deadlines are essential.
