We are seeking an International Tax Manager to extend and improve dunnhumby's Tax Team. This is an opportunity to work with a market-leading business, exploring new opportunities and influencing global retailers. As part of our Tax team, you will collaborate with world-class and passionate colleagues to advise and support our entities on their tax affairs.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing direct tax compliance, transfer pricing policy, global employment taxes, and acting as a business partner on international tax issues. You will work closely with the Group Tax team, external Tax Advisors, and the Tesco tax team, supporting the Global Head of Tax and Treasury with all tax responsibilities across the organisation's global entities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing outsourced international tax compliance, including corporate income tax and indirect tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensuring accurate tax accounting and reporting, including preparation and review of tax disclosures and annual tax provisioning processes
- Providing tax advice on business initiatives, restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, and financing transactions
- Maintaining and enhancing tax controls, processes, and governance frameworks
- Overseeing transfer pricing compliance and documentation
- Monitoring tax legislation changes and assessing impacts on the Group
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external tax advisers, auditors, and tax authorities
Experience
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or tax qualification (CTA). UK and international tax experience gained within a multinational organisation and/or leading accounting firm. Knowledge of IFRS and tax provisioning requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Qualifications
