About the Role
The Grow/L&D Assistant supports the Grow function by ensuring all administration is up to date and processes are effective to maximise the experience for colleagues and improve efficiency and reporting for the business. Reporting to the Head of Grow, you will be a key contact for all learning and development queries within the People team and across the business.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of learning and development materials, producing and maintaining accurate records of learning activities and attendees, managing feedback surveys and collating data to evaluate the impact of learning solutions. You will support the Head of Grow in achieving learning and development goals, write and prepare communications to encourage colleague participation in Grow opportunities, and manage the learning and development calendar ensuring courses are bookable via Bee.
You will coordinate bookings for external trainers and venues when required, act as the administrative owner of systems used by Grow such as JCDecaux Academy, Culture Amp, and Thrive, and support apprenticeship programme delivery by managing administration to ensure efficient levy management and a positive experience for suppliers and colleagues.
Additional duties include maintaining up-to-date L&D statistics for accurate reporting, supporting research on learning and development topics, collaborating with the Workday Lead to improve reporting methods, working with the Personal Assistant to process invoices and supplier forms, and providing administrative support to the wider HR team as needed.

Experience
Previous experience working in an environment handling confidential information. Fully competent in systems and database management. Experience writing basic reports.

Strong organisational skills, competent and efficient with a flexible and accommodating attitude. High attention to detail with strong writing and numeracy skills. Able to work under pressure in a demanding environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
