About the Role
If the smell of fresh coffee beans roasting awakens your senses and you always work with a smile, then this role is for you! As a Head Barista at GAIL’s, you will demonstrate real passion for coffee and be a key part of our family, leading and developing others. You will be motivated by taking charge and acting as a positive role model. With no two days the same, you must be organised and clear in communication to maximise your team’s potential and deliver our fresh food, bread, and cakes to high standards while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Through effective leadership and excellent execution, you will ensure our bakeries deliver great specialty coffee consistently while upholding high standards. Experience
Proven experience in a barista role with leadership responsibilities is preferred. Passion for coffee and customer service is essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but relevant barista training or food safety certifications are advantageous.
