We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, inclusive, experienced, and passionate Head Chef to join our team. You will be a proactive and empowered Chef with a creative approach to food and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences in both our retail restaurant and fine dining hospitality. Extensive knowledge of the premium restaurant sector and experience in delivering exceptional food offerings are essential. Strong leadership skills are a must.

This is a fantastic chance for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to make a name within the food service B&I industry and be part of setting the new standard for workplace hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards. Build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders. Continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment. Create a culture of excellence by pushing the boundaries of brilliance through caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation. Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior culinary role. Extensive knowledge of the premium restaurant sector and delivering exceptional food offerings. Demonstrated experience managing, training, and supporting a team.

Qualifications
