We have a great opportunity for a Head of Data Quality to join the team on permanent basis. You'll be based at the Westminster Bridge Road office.
What you'll need:
Leadership experience in a data focused role at an organisation of a similar size and complexity.
Knowledge and experience in the areas of data quality and governance.
Extensive experience in delivering data related projects and programmes.
Experience of leading a team.

A bit about the role:
You’ll be responsible for establishing and leading a data quality management program to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the Group.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Lead a team to identify and assess data quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
Design and implement the Group’s data management functions and processes, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment.
Lead on a programme of continuous assurance on data quality, supporting business functions to improve the quality of their data where weaknesses are identified.
Work with the data governance team in developing and improving scorecards that provide visibility of data quality across business functions and for the group as a whole.
Work with business stakeholders and the wider data, reporting and IT teams to scope and implement a suitable data platform to enable the ambitions of how the new Group will utilise data
Desirable:
Delivered data-related business transformation.
Have a data-related degree or extensive experience in a similar role within housing.
Delivered system / technology projects.
Developed data strategies.
A minimum of 2 days working in the office is required.
