(Desirable) If so, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Head of Homeownership on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office. A bit about the role: As a Head of Homeownership, you will lead a team of homeownership experts in providing services and advice directly to the Peabody portfolio of Freeholders, Leaseholders and shared owners. In addition, you will provide support and advice to the neighbourhood teams and other stakeholders within the organisation in order to deliver an excellent and seamless service to homeowners Some of the key results for the role include: Developing and leading high performing teams. Using your leaderships skills and experience to coach for performance through change and foster a culture of continual learning whilst putting the residents at the heart of the service. Working collaboratively with the local regions to support the delivery of services to Freeholders, Leaseholders and Shared Owners. Taking ownership of all matters where specialist homeownership knowledge is required. Supporting the Director of Homeowner Services in designing the Homeowner strategy and leading the delivery of the strategy and other strategic objectives where they relate to the team. Contributing to and delivering the homeownership strategy within the timescales set. Developing and maintaining relations with key resident groups and foster open and transparent relationships where the resident voice is used to improve the service. This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
