About the Role
The Head of Operational Implementation will work flexibly across the portfolio, adapting to rapid reprioritisation based on the needs of the Trust. The post holder may be required to cover for other team members as appropriate and undertake additional duties aligned with the pay band. This role may evolve over time to reflect the developing needs of the Trust and its services, as well as the personal development of the post holder. Experience
Experience in operational implementation and management within a healthcare setting is preferred.

You should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
