The vacancy As an experienced leader with a strong track record of contract negotiations for land acquisition or sale, disposals and/or joint ventures, your primary goal will be to maximise the value of the housing association's assets and development schemes through effective and efficient strategies. You'll oversee the planning, approval and management of project budgets and ensure the team complies with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements and operates within the governance framework. You'll lead, build and maintain effective relationships at executive and senior level inside Peabody as well as maintaining strategic relationships with external bodies will be key.
