About the Role
As Head Waiter, you will lead your section by example, ensuring a memorable guest and team experience is at the heart of everything you do. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, bringing your own unique style to the guests’ table. From the moment guests arrive until they leave, you will ensure they have a great time. You will play a key role in connecting the floor with the kitchen, efficiently handling any requests or questions from guests or team members. A thorough knowledge of products and systems is essential to excel in this role.

Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
