About the Role
Join Historic England as a Historic Places Regeneration Officer and play a key role in the preservation and revitalisation of historic sites across London. This position involves working closely with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to support regeneration projects that protect heritage assets while promoting sustainable development. You will contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance the cultural, social, and economic value of historic places, ensuring their legacy for future generations.

Experience
Experience in heritage regeneration, urban planning, or a related field is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage projects and engage with diverse stakeholders is essential.

You are passionate about heritage and regeneration, with strong communication and organisational skills. You are proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in heritage, planning, regeneration, or a related discipline is preferred.
