About the Role
Join our Homeownership Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust as a customer-focused Homeowner Coordinator. You will support the Homeownership team by providing a wide range of services including assisting with right to buy sales, staircasing (purchasing further shares), home improvements, lease enquiries, completions, and pre-sale enquiries. In this fast-paced role, you will assist Officers and Management with varied tasks to ensure smooth case progression and excellent customer communication. The role requires strong administration and organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in housing or a property sales environment is desirable. This role offers hybrid working with 20% to 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office in Manchester, Trafford.

Experience
Proven track record in an administrative environment with the ability to manage office processes in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. Experience in housing or property sales is desirable.
