About the Role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Homeownership Compliance Specialist at Peabody! You will be at the forefront of providing essential homeowner products and services to our residents, delivering expert guidance on homeowner agreements, processes, and products while ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices and relevant legislation. Your role will include maintaining accurate records for leaseholders, shared owners, and freeholders, contributing to the smooth delivery of services.
Key responsibilities include providing clear, practical advice to residents on homeowner products and agreements; handling lease-related transactions such as subletting and re-mortgaging with precision; managing Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, and other home purchase applications; supporting enforcement of lease terms to ensure compliance and minimise risk; and working closely with external partners to maintain Peabody’s reputation. You will be a proactive team player, able to manage a busy workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Proven experience in delivering specialist homeowner services within a social housing context.
A track record of delivering excellent performance and customer service.
