We’re recruiting for a Neighbourhood Manager who will be the face of our organisation in their local areas. You’ll take pride in building strong relationships with residents, partners and colleagues, and in delivering services that are simple, safe and smart.
As a Neighbourhood Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of your patch, acting as a single point of contact and ensuring residents feel listened to, supported and informed.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the single point of contact for residents across a mixed‑tenure neighbourhood
- Managing tenancies and leasehold matters, including enforcement where needed
- Creating and delivering costed Neighbourhood Plans to improve satisfaction, safety and performance
- Carrying out estate, scheme and property inspections, identifying issues and driving improvement
- Working with managing agents (where applicable), monitoring performance and ensuring services meet agreed standards and resident expectations
- Responding to complaints, anti-social behaviour and community safety concerns with fairness, empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build safe, inclusive and thriving neighbourhoods
- Championing customer engagement and ensuring services are accessible, high quality and value for money
Recruitment process
In person interviews will be held at our regional office in Ealing on 8 June.
Additional information
This role requires a Basic DBS check and participation in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota for the North West region. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Experience
Experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within housing management or the social housing sector.
Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management, enforcement and safeguarding.
Confidence managing a varied caseload, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

Qualifications
Willingness to undertake a Level 3 qualification in Housing Management, if not already held.
