Here at Peabody, we have opportunities for a Homeownership Property Manager on a Permanent based at our Westminster Bridge Road office. A bit about the role: As a Homeownership Property Manager, you will provide services and advice directly to the Peabody portfolio of Freeholders, Leaseholders and Shared Owners in your area. In addition, you’ll provide support and advice to the regional neighbourhood teams and other stakeholders in order to deliver an excellent and seamless service to homeowners. You’ll also develop and sustain relationships with Managing Agents within your area and scrutinise Managing Agent budgets and accounts. Some of the key results for the role include: Taking ownership of all matters where specialist homeownership knowledge is required. Working collaboratively with your colleagues and service providers to support the delivery of services to Freeholders, Leaseholders and Shared Owners. Consulting with homeowners about major works and contracts ensuring the homeowner voice is heard. Supporting First Tier (Property Chamber) Tribunal cases and working with legal advisors on complex matters for your area. Following up on repair and service issues on behalf of homeowners and working with service delivery teams to ensure resolution. Assisting in and developing the knowledge and understanding of homeownership across the service and with colleagues across Peabody. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
