What we’re looking for:
Do you have experience working in a residential property management environment?
Do you have knowledge of contemporary issues and legislation affecting residential property management and the wider real estate sector?
Do you have experience of managing service charge budgets and expenditure variances?
Are you able to read and interpret leases?
Are you able to use relevant computer systems and software, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Northgate, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Homeownership Property Manager on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Homeownership Property Manager, you will manage contractual arrangements with external managing agents, freeholders, and asset managers (EMA) on Section 106 developments, but will cover all our contractual relationships where we are not the freeholder of the block/estate.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Managing contractual arrangements with external managing agents and ensure Standard of Level Agreement (SLA) are met
Advising and supporting our customers in resolving their queries and issues, providing personable service and ensuring proactive resolutions are identified.
Updating and maintaining systems/records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate and that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation.
Assisting the Senior Property Manager with any other adhoc tasks that may be required.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
