The Horizon Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of solution enhancements, merger and acquisition integrations, and key initiatives within the Horizon Oracle Fusion environment. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to ensure timely, scoped, and business-aligned project completion. You will collaborate closely with Horizon stakeholders and global leads to deliver best-in-class service to our worldwide stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supporting strategic leadership by contributing to the delivery management framework for Oracle Fusion, managing end-to-end delivery of initiatives alongside the Release Management Workstream Delivery Lead, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with the Global solution and Target Operating Model. You will develop project plans, allocate resources, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.

Additional duties involve fostering a positive team environment, ensuring adherence to best practices and KPIs focused on quality and business value, driving process improvements, consulting on complex business matters, anticipating business needs, and supporting documentation, training, and communication of standard operating procedures. You will also cooperate with Audit, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure IT Governance Controls compliance.

This role demands exceptional initiative, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to make impactful decisions under minimal guidance and support leadership in operational strategy and significant business initiatives.

Experience
Proven experience of 10+ years in project and delivery management within complex, multi-disciplinary organizations. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, CX, PPM, PROC, FIN) and their implementation processes. Expertise in release management, delivery management, quality assurance, and risk management. Experience managing complex, cross-functional challenges and working effectively with senior leadership. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including hands-on experience with JIRA and Smartsheet.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
