About the Role
Are you friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering great service? As a Hospitality Food Host with ISS UK, you’ll be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients, creating exceptional experiences for everyone who visits the workplace. You’ll bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction, helping to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment where guests and colleagues feel welcome, valued, and inspired.

Your key responsibilities will include creating a positive and memorable experience for guests and colleagues, delivering outstanding customer service, and confidently handling guest queries. You will build rapport and strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members, develop knowledge of the site, and promote food services, destinations, and activities. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and culture, act as an informed ambassador during tours and events by sharing site insights, and support your team to ensure smooth, high-quality service at all times.

Experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
